and their donation will appear as an onboard charge. Along with the donation cards,

A cornerstone of Silversea's ultra-luxury experience is the comprehensive
array of all-inclusive shipboard amenities we offer our guests, including complimentary
beverages, wines and spirits served throughout the ship; 24-hour room service;
stocked in-suite beverage cabinet (restocked as requested with guest's preferences);
all gratuities; and on selected sailings, the Silversea Experience, an exclusive
shoreside event.
With so many special luxuries included in the price of a Silversea
cruise, you can well appreciate the exceptional challenge for us to keep our pricing
unchanged when commodity prices continue to rise, and our business partners, who
supply the components of our all-inclusive amenities, are raising their prices
in response to increased operational and transportation costs.
For this reason, we are implementing a modest across-the-board
price increase on our published fares for all cruises departing in 2009. This
price increase is only applicable to new bookings made on or after May 12, 2008.
Special savings incentives, such as our Early Booking Incentive
program, will still be available for many voyages in 2009, and we encourage you
to take advantage of these excellent savings opportunities.
We trust you understand the need to implement this pricing increase,
which can also help offset your own increased operational expenses and improve
profitability by providing an additional benefit to your commission on new bookings
for Silversea cruises in 2009.
We look forward to welcoming your clients aboard our all-suite
vessels for an award-winning, all-inclusive experience that remains unrivaled
in the luxury vacation market.

Program Prepares Students for Alaska Summer Jobs
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (March 25, 2008) - Every year Princess Tours offers students
an opportunity to prepare for summer jobs in Alaska by completing a Commercial
Driver Training Program that qualifies them to guide visitors throughout the state
in the company's deluxe motorcoaches. This year, a new benefit also gives them
college credit through the University of Alaska Fairbanks for completing the program,
which can be transferred to schools nationwide.
Beginning this spring, the employees participating in the training program
will qualify to receive three credits for ABUS 267, Transportation and Logistics
management, a course in the Applied Business Department from the University of
Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). Princess is the first tour company in Alaska where students
can earn university credits by completing the commercial driver training program.
Program students prepare to become Princess Driver-Guides who provide tours
for visitors on various routes throughout Alaska during the company's Alaska summer
season which begins May 4, 2008. Driver guides often also provide narrative information
to guests to give them more appreciation of the state's many attractions. They
also learn basic maintenance and mechanical duties.
"We're so pleased that The University of Alaska Fairbanks has recognized the
high quality of our driver training programs by deeming them worthy of college
credits," said Bruce Bustamante, Princess' vice president of community and public
affairs. "And we're very proud to be the state's first tour company to offer college
credit for such a program. This new element gives students an additional benefit
as they train to become Princess Tours Driver-Guides, and it further demonstrates
our commitment to the excellence of this program."
Employees enrolled in any Princess Commercial Driver Training Programs can
register for the class. Students are eligible to receive three credits from UAF,
a nationally accredited university, plus other UAF benefits. The credits are fully
transferable, giving students who attend other universities the opportunity to
benefit from the program.
Professor Charlie Dexter, coordinator of the department which houses UAF's
Tourism Certificate and AAS Degree, said, "We are excited to partner with Princess
Tours. They are an outstanding and valued corporation, which employs many of our
graduates."
Over the past 15 years the Princess Tours Commercial Driver Training program
has grown from a small training program to a state-of-the-art school that includes
a Web-based manual covering everything from vehicle inspections to safe driving
and technical trouble shooting of a motorcoach. Training programs are offered
throughout Alaska as well as in Rexburg, ID, Provo, UT, and Bellingham, WA. Classroom
instruction for new drivers includes presentations and training videos all developed
and produced by the Princess Tours Driver Safety and Training Department. Achieving
the ability to offer credit through UAF reinforces the strong reputation that
the Princess Tours Commercial Driver Training program has established within the
Alaska transportation community.

continues her farewell season - the iconic ship's 40th year since her maiden voyage
- her final year with the fleet will be highlighted by a series of poignant voyages,
including three calls in favorite North American ports that are expected to draw
an outpouring of well-wishers. Widely considered the most famous ship in the world,
QE2 has logged more than 5.6 million nautical miles (equivalent to traveling to
the moon and back 13 times), carrying over 2.5 million passengers. The regal ship
will complete her service for Cunard Line in November 2008 as the company's longest-serving
liner.
"Without question, QE2 is legendary. One of the most beloved ships in our 169-year
history, we anticipate a good showing of QE2 enthusiasts in each of her final
ports," said Carol Marlow, president of Cunard Line. "She has been a hostess to
royalty, celebrities and the most noted personalities from all over the world.
In addition, she has been a witness to history, serving magnificently as a troop
carrier in the Falklands Conflict. Adored the world over, she is, quite simply,
irreplaceable," Marlow added.
Following her 26th and final World Cruise, which departed New York amid unprecedented
fanfare on January 13, 2008, QE2 will embark on a series of 19 voyages, including
stops in such quintessential favourites as the Mediterranean, Norway, Portugal
and Canada. "These voyages, which are extraordinarily popular with longtime Cunarders,
afford our guests an opportunity to connect for the last time with one of the
20th century's most celebrated cultural icons," said Marlow.
Her final visits to Los Angeles (March 30), Ft. Lauderdale (April 10) and New
York (Oct. 16) will be duly celebrated by Cunarders, with her final New York departure
marked by commemorative festivities, as Cunard's historical North American connection
is strongest here. "From 1847, when Cunard's Hibernia first sailed into
New York, to today, the city has been an integral part of Cunard's history," said
Marlow.
Among the highlights are the Line's starring role in the immigration movement
of the late 1800's, when over 2.5 million immigrants sailed to New York from Liverpool
(Cunard's first home port) and, more recently, QE2's 707 calls, to date, to New
York.
Forty Years of History
Named by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II in 1967, QE2 immediately captured
the upbeat mood of the era. Admired for her sleek, elegant lines and contemporary
interiors, she was embraced on both sides of the Atlantic. Upon her launch, the
Queen's sister, HRH Princess Margaret, viewed the ship as a symbol of change,
noting "This new Cunarder will show that design in Britain is exciting and full
of vigorous common sense." Lord Snowdon concurred, writing "what you have achieved
with QE2 makes one proud to be British...the mood is breathtaking."
Throughout her history, QE2 spent part of the year sailing Cunard's signature
Transatlantic route and the rest in pursuit of the sun. Today, her sister ship
Queen Mary 2 carries on the Line's Transatlantic tradition, sailing 24 Crossings
this year.
Historical Notes
Not surprisingly, in her four decades at sea, QE2 has garnered her fair share
of "firsts," "onlys" and "only-on-Cunard" anecdotes. Among the fascinating facts:
- With a top speed of 32.5 knots, QE2 is the fastest passenger ship in the world.
She can sail backwards (full speed astern is 19 knots) faster than most cruise
ships sail forward.
- QE2 is the only luxury liner in the world to have transported cars and motorcycles.
- In 1982, she became the world's largest hospital ship when transporting injured
troops from the Falklands War.
- In 1996, the first satellite transmission of a TV programme from a ship at
sea went out from QE2.
- The first seagoing branch of Harrods opened aboard QE2 in 1996.
- QE2 has hosted more celebrities than any other ship. Early guests included
Lord Mountbatten, Lynn Redgrave, Peter Sellers, Ringo Starr, Count Basie and Gracie
Fields; more recent regulars include David Bowie, Rod Stewart and Sir Jimmy Savile.
Youngest Fleet, Oldest Traditions
With the completion of QE2's service to Cunard Line, and with the upcoming
debut of the company's new ship, Queen Elizabeth in 2010, Cunard is poised to
become the youngest fleet in the industry. "Although 37 years passed between the
launch of Queen Elizabeth 2 in 1967 and Queen Mary 2 in 2004, only three years
passed before the launch of Queen Victoria last year. The Cunard lion is roaring
again and in true Cunard fashion, it is doing so with unerring style," added Marlow.
There is limited space available on QE2's final voyages. For more information

Over the past year we've made every effort to control fuel prices; however,
the current environment has forced us to finally implement a fuel surcharge for
our cruises. Therefore, we'll be adding a fuel surcharge of $12 per guest per
cruise night for each of our cruise itineraries. As you know, the world oil market
continues to be volatile, so to keep this cost as fair as possible, we have calculated
it based on our best current estimates for the cost of fuel. This is a capped
amount, applies for all of our vessels and is effective Monday, November 12, 2007.
Please mention this surcharge when you are booking on Cruise West cruises.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Sincerely,
Richard G. West
Chairman & Managing Director
We want to inform you that because of rapidly escalating fuel prices, Carnival
Corporation & plc's six North American brands - Carnival Cruise Lines, Costa Cruises,
Cunard Line. [ America Line. Princess Cruises, and The Yachts of Seabourn - have
implemented a fuel supplement of $5 per person per day.
The fuel supplement. which applies to the lirst and second guests in a stateroom,
not to exceed $70 per person per voyage, is effective on all bookings for voyages
departing on, or after February 1,2008.
The fuel supplement is necessitated by significant rises in fuel prices which
have dramatically increased Carnival Corporation & pie's operating costs. Tn fact,
over the past three years, the price the company pays for fuel has increased by
140 percent. with a 50 percent increase occurring in just the last seven months.
Until now, the company has been absorbing this significant increase in fuel
costs. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to shoulder this huge cost burden and
now find it necessary to implement a supplement to partially offset a portion
of soaring fuel costs. The implementation of the fuel supplement beginning February
1, 2008 for our North American brands will result in consumers paying approximately
one-third of our year-over-year thel cost increases over the first sixth months
of the fiscal year.

MIAMI, July 23, 2007 - In time to help guests set their New Year's
resolutions for a healthier lifestyle, Royal Caribbean International announces
a new smoking policy onboard its ships, effective January 2008. To bolster the
cruise line's new Vitality wellness program, recently debuted on Liberty of the
Seas - the newest vessel to share the title of the world's largest cruise ship
with sister-ship, Freedom of the Seas - Royal Caribbean is increasing smoke-free
zones by designating all staterooms and one lounge on each ship in its fleet as
non-smoking areas. The new policy will go into effect aboard 18 of the line's
21 ships initially, with Legend of the Seas, Rhapsody of the Seas and Splendour
of the Seas following suit with the 2008 summer season.
"Feedback from our guests was a driving force behind the new Vitality program
and our focus on wellness," said Alice Norsworthy, senior vice president, Marketing,
Royal Caribbean International. "Results from online polls as well as input from
all of our international offices worldwide, show very strong support of the new
smoking policy. These changes reflect a more contemporary approach to healthier
lifestyles and will significantly improve the cruise vacation experience for our
guests."
Currently, smoking is prohibited in guest hallways and corridors, restaurants,
entertainment venues and most of the ship's interior public spaces except for
designated areas in bars and lounges. The new policy will add all guest staterooms
and suites, and one bar or lounge on every Royal Caribbean ship onto the roster
of smoke-free spaces. Guests wishing to smoke may still do so from starboard outer
decks, in designated areas in bars and lounges, and on stateroom and suite balconies.
Ashtrays are available in designated smoking areas or by request through stateroom
attendants. Violations of the smoking policy will result in cleaning charges to
the guest's onboard account and may also be addressed through the line's Guest
Conduct Policy, details of which are available both online and in all staterooms.
Royal Caribbean's Vitality wellness program was designed to encourage and introduce
ways for guests to achieve a better balance in their lives. The program presents
healthier lifestyle choices across every aspect of the cruise experience, including
fitness classes and spa treatments, onboard and land-based activities, shore excursions,
and healthful drinks and food selections. Guests have the choice to try one or
two elements or enjoy the total Vitality wellness experience to begin a more balanced
approach to healthier living.
Royal Caribbean International is a global cruise brand with 21 ships currently
in service and three under construction. The line also offers unique land-tour
vacations in Alaska, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe and New Zealand through its
